Ramses is very active in the community. He loves giving his time to urban youth. Has been a spokesperson and is an active team member of the Muscular Distrophy Association. He is a also a frequent Play 60 correspondent for the Giants. However is greatest off-the-field asset may be his public motivational speaking, as he enjoys encouraging and motivating children and parents alike to take steps toward long-term success and happy living. His public speaking became evident at the NY Giants Kickoff luncheon in ’09, where as a rookie he recited a memorable speech addressing the honor and legacy of Giant football. Just a small snapshot of his community involvement is listed below.

Participated in high school coaching internship at St. Anthony High School (Jersey City, N.J.) and West Orange High School.

Participated in the Giants Hispanic Heritage Celebration Play60 Clinic at the Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club in Bronx, N.Y.

Signed autographs for Giants Fans at Walgreens in New York City.

Attended a PLAY 60 Assembly at West New York Middle School (West New York, N.J.) to encourage students to become more physically active.

Attended the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s Muscle Team fundraiser dinner.

Attended Giants Kickoff Luncheon benefiting Hackensack University Medical Center.
